We currently ship internationally from Malaysia to the United States and Australia.

Order Processing

Every order requires time for preparation and packaging before shipment.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

🇺🇸 USA：USD $30 (Estimated Transit Time: 5-10 business day*)

🇦🇺 Australia：USD $20 (Estimated Transit Time: 5-10 business day*)

Transit times are preliminary estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier, customs clearance, destination, and shipping conditions. Order processing time is additional.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

As our products are shipped internationally from Malaysia, orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided by email when available.

You can use the tracking information to follow your parcel’s delivery progress.
